Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

1 12 Pkg of Hersey's Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
1 12 Jar peanut butter
1 8 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

Place chocolate chips & peanut butter in microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes until softened.
Remove and stir in Sweetened condensed milk.
Pour into 8X8 cake pan lined with wax paper.
Smooth out & put in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until set.

Mud Pie
1/2 Gal of Vanilla Ice Cream
Instant Coffee
1 Pkg Oreo Cookies

Melt ice cream in large pot over medium/low heat.
Stir in instant coffee to taste.
Remove from heat.
Crush cookies and place on the bottom of 2 13X9 casserole pans.
Pour ice cream mixture over the top.
Freeze for approximately 3 hours.
Remove & serve.
